West Forest Sports is working to bring an NFL FLAG football program to the community. Our goal is to create a fun, welcoming league where young athletes can learn the game, develop their skills, and compete in a positive team environment.
We’re currently gathering interest from families to help shape a future season, including age divisions, scheduling, and location. If your athlete would be interested in playing, please complete the interest form above. Your response will help us build a program that works for our community.

West Forest Sports is a community-based youth flag football league in West London, proudly partnered with NFL FLAG — the official flag football program of the NFL. NFL FLAG provides a safe, structured rule set used across North America that helps young athletes learn the game while developing teamwork, confidence, and football skills.
Flag football is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world and will debut in the 2028 Summer Olympics, making it an exciting time for young players to get involved.
