Spring 2026 Season Details
The Spring season begins Wednesday, May 6 and runs through May and June, with weekly sessions from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM at Westmount Public School Soccer Field. Each evening includes a 30-minute team practice followed by a 40-minute game.
The registration fee is $150 per athlete. This inaugural season is U14 only (ages 12–14).

West Forest Sports is a community-based youth flag football league in West London, proudly partnered with NFL FLAG — the official flag football program of the NFL. NFL FLAG provides a safe, structured rule set used across North America that helps young athletes learn the game while developing teamwork, confidence, and football skills.
Flag football is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world and will debut in the 2028 Summer Olympics, making it an exciting time for young players to get involved.
